This asana can be made simple or advanced. Come to class as we expolre our Core Strength and begin to move in and out of this pose
We offer a custom, therapeutic massage that incorporates a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Aromatherapy that is customized to your specific needs.
Finally, a yoga class that’s truly for all levels of yogis, whether it’s your first or hundredth time practicing yoga! Our Foundational Yoga class is specifically designed to focus in on postural and structural alignment using foundational movements and poses. The semi-private setting allows Mandy to customize each class to appropriately challenge each individual in attendance. This allows beginners to accustom themselves to the practice of yoga, while more advanced yogis can refine their core practice while also taking it to the next level If you’re new to yoga or haven’t practiced in a while, this is the class for you. Each class focuses on a different aspect to yoga. Learn the basics so that you will feel comfortable to attend a large group class.
Oh, the Core! That muscle area that we just cannot ignore!
This month we are exploring exercises that not only tone the Core, but actually provide strength.
As we age, getting up from the floor and chairs become increasing difficult. The core plays a key part in being able to push yourself off of the ground or out of a chair.
Through Yoga, we are exploring various versions of Wild Thing Pose; through strength training, we will be exploring all things Wild!
